Add these tough exercises to your current workout, along with the altitude mask and take your fitness to the fiercest level.
Why are mountaineers and climbers so insanely fit? Why was Kenya the most successful African country in the 2012 Olympics? (11 medals in total). If you’re a fitness fanatic, you’ve probably stopped and asked yourself these questions at least once.
The answer is in the air. According to high altitude specialist Bruce Kirk, competing athletes’ train at extreme altitudes where the thin air puts pressure on their performance; forcing them to train harder. On returning to sea level, these athletes are fitter, better and faster.
Now it’s possible for anyone to train at a high altitude without going anywhere; with the altitude training mask. The mask uses air-resistance valves that lower your oxygen intake – similar to when you’re at high altitude.
Add this exercises to your workout, along with your mask – it may be tough, but no one got fit without pushing fitness to the limit!
